Location: London (with travel across 12 commercial office buildings)
Salary: £43,000 per annum + Van + Fuel Card + Door to Door commute paid for 
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm

Are you a qualified electrician looking to take the next step in your career Our client – a market-leading Facilities Management company – is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join their dynamic team. You will be responsible for the electrical maintenance of a portfolio of 12 high-profile commercial office buildings in London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and emergency systems.

• Conduct fault finding and carry out remedial works where necessary.

• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.

• Maintain accurate records of all work carried out using CAFM systems.

• Provide excellent customer service and liaise professionally with clients on-site.

• Support other engineers and participate in out-of-hours rota when required.

What We’re Looking For:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.

• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential).

• Proven experience in commercial building maintenance.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Strong communication and time-management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage a varied workload.
