This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with students, support learning across key subjects, and develop the experience and skills essential for a future career in teaching or education.

The Role – Graduate Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant , you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to students who require additional academic or emotional guidance.
- Assist in delivering engaging lessons, particularly in your subject specialism (e.g. Maths, Science, English, Humanities).
- Help students improve their academic performance, build confidence, and prepare for assessments.
- Promote classroom participation, resilience, and independent learning.
- Prepare learning materials and contribute to a well-organised and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with SEN and pastoral teams to ensure all students receive tailored support.
What We’re Looking For? – Graduate Teaching Assistant
We’re keen to hear from graduates who are:
- Educated to degree level (2:1 or above) in a core subject or a related field.
- Academically strong, with solid GCSEs and A-Level results.
- Passionate about supporting young people and making a positive impact in education.
- Confident communicators with excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
- Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive in encouraging student development.
- Interested in a long-term career in education—whether teaching, mentoring, or academic support.
