Healthcare Regulatory Solicitor/ Associate
The Role: You’ll manage a varied caseload, advising clients on areas including:
- Court of Protection matters and inquests.
- Human rights, safeguarding, and mental health.
- Regulatory issues such as HSE/CQC enforcement.
- Patient safety, serious incidents, and education law.
- Handle advisory and litigation matters independently.
- Provide advocacy at hearings and tribunals.
- Support business development and build strong client relationships.
Previous experience within Healthcare Regulatory, Advocacy experience would be advantageous.
