Marketing Administrative Assistant
Our client is a specialist marketing agency based in Kingston upon Thames. They work with some incredible brands and have offices based in the UK and USA. They are now looking for a Marketing Administrative Assistant to join their busy and growing team
Salary: £28,000
The Role
The Marketing Administrative Assistant is an important role, supporting the team as they work across a range of clients and projects. You will build upon your organisation skills with new knowledge, skills, and experience to support the delivery of quality services on which they pride themselves.

Key responsibilities
- Reference scientific materials and upload for regulatory review
- Support clients with data entry
- Proof-read and quality check collateral
- Support development of quotations to win new business
- Provide administrative support for business
- Liaise with suppliers and partner agencies
- Work alongside consultants to develop reports for clients
The Person
- Proactive, energetic, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Good analytical skills and a strong communicator
- Strong attention to detail and committed to delivering accurate work on time
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Desire for on-going self-development
