Your new role
As Financial Controller, you will take ownership of the finance function across all three sites, ensuring robust financial management and reporting. You’ll lead on budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow, provide strategic insight to support growth, and oversee compliance and controls. This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with senior leadership to drive performance and profitability.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller or similar senior finance role, ideally within hospitality or multi-site operations.
- Strong technical accounting knowledge and proficiency with financial systems.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
