Core Responsibilities – Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Support

• Deliver critical core services that underpin the effective functioning of the business, spanning process improvement, project coordination, and strategic support.

• Work closely with leadership, delivery managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth planning, scheduling, and execution of business operations.

• Drive process mapping, documentation, and optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and quality across multiple business units.

• Support the implementation of business systems, tools, and best practices aimed at enhancing operational reliability, compliance, and scalability.

• Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities for service innovation.

Essential Experience – Business Operations, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Coordination

• Solid experience in a core functions, business operations, or project support role within a professional services, technology or consultancy environment.

• Proven ability to coordinate multiple operational activities, balancing attention to detail with a pragmatic understanding of business priorities.

• Competence in gathering business requirements, process documentation, and supporting the roll-out of new procedures or systems.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage colleagues at all levels and across departments.

• Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.

Key Skills – Operations Delivery, Process Optimisation & Change Support

• Ability to manage operational tasks and resolve challenges efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.

• Track record of building positive working relationships and supporting the success of cross-functional initiatives.

• Comfortable with data gathering and reporting, using metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement.

• High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, and commitment to delivering quality results on time.
