Core Responsibilities – Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Support
Deliver critical core services that underpin the effective functioning of the business, spanning process improvement, project coordination, and strategic support.
Work closely with leadership, delivery managers, and technical teams to ensure smooth planning, scheduling, and execution of business operations.
Drive process mapping, documentation, and optimisation initiatives to improve efficiency and quality across multiple business units.
Support the implementation of business systems, tools, and best practices aimed at enhancing operational reliability, compliance, and scalability.
Champion a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking feedback, analysing performance data, and identifying opportunities for service innovation.
Essential Experience – Business Operations, Process Improvement & Stakeholder Coordination
Solid experience in a core functions, business operations, or project support role within a professional services, technology or consultancy environment.
Proven ability to coordinate multiple operational activities, balancing attention to detail with a pragmatic understanding of business priorities.
Competence in gathering business requirements, process documentation, and supporting the roll-out of new procedures or systems.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the confidence to engage colleagues at all levels and across departments.
Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to present information effectively to diverse audiences.
Key Skills – Operations Delivery, Process Optimisation & Change Support
Ability to manage operational tasks and resolve challenges efficiently in a fast-paced, evolving business landscape.
Track record of building positive working relationships and supporting the success of cross-functional initiatives.
Comfortable with data gathering and reporting, using metrics to support decision making and continuous improvement.
High degree of initiative, resourcefulness, and commitment to delivering quality results on time.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with an inclusive and adaptable approach.
