A well-established Top 10 firm, known for its excellence in tax services, is seeking a talented Tax Partner to join their Financial Services (FS) Tax team. This opportunity arises due to expansion and the need for additional expertise to cater to a growing client base and would suit an ambitious Tax Leader who is keen to make their stamp on the market.

**About the Role:**

The role involves joining a dynamic and well-established FS Tax team led by a recognised team of highly regarded Partners, supported by a strong bench of experienced Directors and Managers. The team is known in the market for the quality of its work and its cohesive, collaborative culture. They operate seamlessly across both compliance and high-level advisory mandates, delivering commercially focused solutions to a broad financial services client base.

FS clients include those from banking, crypto, fintech, insurance, and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Join a high-performing FS Tax team with an excellent market reputation.
• Advise a diverse portfolio of financial services clients across compliance and complex advisory matters
• Leverage an established platform and internal referral network
• Play a key role in shaping and expanding the firm's FS tax offering in London
• Drive business development with the full backing of an engaged and supportive partnership group

**The Candidate:**

• ACA/CTA (or equivalent) qualified
• Proven experience advising financial services clients within a reputable firm
• Strong technical capability across UK FS tax, with the ability to lead complex advisory work. FS work will include banking, crypto, fintech and insurance.
• Demonstrable track record in building and developing client relationships
• Commercial, collaborative and growth-oriented
