Senior Project Manager – London (Hybrid) – 12‑Month FTC

You’ll be responsible for steering major initiatives from the earliest shaping stages right the way through to final transition and closure. This role offers visibility, variety, and the chance to coordinate multiple streams of work across a dynamic organisational setting.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee full lifecycle delivery for key business projects, ensuring progress from initial concept through to completion.
• Develop early‑stage business cases and maintain delivery structure across all phases.
• Produce core project documentation including RAID logs, project plans, governance artefacts and change control records.
• Monitor milestones, compile steering packs, and present progress updates to senior stakeholders.
• Anticipate and manage risks, interdependencies, budget considerations, and resource allocations.
• Build effective working relationships across teams and senior stakeholders.
• Uphold governance standards, frameworks and best‑practice delivery methodologies.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong grasp of project delivery methodologies, governance, and structured delivery tools.
• Excellent organisational capability with a proven ability to plan, coordinate, and execute effectively.
• Confident communicator with the ability to handle stakeholder expectations and influence outcomes.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to drive clarity across cross‑functional teams.
• Experience navigating risks, resolving issues, and maintaining control in complex delivery environments.
