The Role:We’re looking for a Senior Talent Partner to join Flash Pack on a initial 3 month contract (although there is a potential for this to extend to 6 months) and take ownership of all things talent. Reporting to the Senior People & Talent Lead, this is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll own end-to-end hiring across multiple functions, sourcing and building pipelines, partnering with hiring managers to define what “great” looks like, and helping us build the foundations of scalable, inclusive hiring practices. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract, assess, and hire brilliant people as we continue to grow.
In line with our salary framework, the salary for this role is £65,000 – £73,000depending on experience. This is a UK based role and we aren't currently accepting applications outside of the UK.
Where you will spend your time:
Owning end-to-end recruitment for roles across all functions, driving a fast, high-quality hiring process from brief to offer
Sourcing and building strong, diverse talent pipelines and proactively engaging great candidates
Partnering with hiring managers to define roles, align on what great looks like, and deliver an efficient, inclusive hiring process
Creating a smooth and memorable experience for every candidate, from first conversation to offer
Tracking and reporting key hiring metrics to give visibility on pipeline health, conversion rates, and time-to-hire
Building scalable hiring processes, tools, and frameworks that help us grow consistently and confidently
Coaching and supporting hiring managers to feel confident and capable in running great interviews
Helping to define and embed what great hiring looks like at Flash Pack as we continue to scale
What we’d love to see from you:
Strong Talent Partner experience in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment
Proven ability to source and build pipelines across multiple functions - you don’t rely on inbound applications to fill roles
Excellent stakeholder management, with a knack for bringing clarity, pace, and structure to busy teams
Comfortable managing end-to-end hiring across all levels, from junior to senior leadership
Strong communication and influencing skills, able to build trust and flex your style across audiences
A data-driven approach - you use insights to guide conversations and improve outcomes
Experience building robust hiring processes and upskilling hiring managers on best practices
Thrive in and enjoy the energy of a start-up to scale-up journey
Nice to have:
Experience with our Tech Stack - Teamtailor, Metaview and HiBob
Exposure to international hiring, particularly across the US

Logistics 🛠️:
Our interviews take place on Google Meet and usually consist of the following stages:
An interview with the hiring manager to hear more about your background and experience and to give you a deep dive into the role (60 mins)
A stakeholder interview with one of our hiring managers (45 mins)
