Head of Presentation Design, Asset Management

Leading global investment management firm is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Head of Presentation Design to lead and transform their presentations function. This is a fantastic opportunity for a design leader with deep financial services experience to shape the strategic direction of the team while staying hands-on with high-profile, complex projects.

The role blends creative execution with leadership, process improvement, and stakeholder management at the highest level. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across Investments, Sales, Compliance, and Marketing to deliver outstanding client-facing materials that meet exacting standards for quality, accuracy, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the Presentations team, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.

• Provide hands-on design support for priority and strategic decks.

• Partner with senior stakeholders to build trust and act as a subject matter expert on presentation best practices.

• Oversee workflows and drive efficiency, consistency, and continuous improvement.

• Champion automation and the use of platforms such as Seismic to scale recurring production.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold data accuracy and integrity.

• Manage vendor relationships, including an offshore provider, ensuring quality and value for money.

Candidate Profile

• 10+ years of experience in presentation design within asset management.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel (including VBA, Power Query, automation).

• Experience with Seismic presentation automation platform.

• Strong leadership experience with proven ability to build and develop high-performing teams.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.

• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, performance data, and fund reporting standards.

• Intermediate skills in Adobe Illustrator; familiarity with Canva and Figma a plus.

• IMC qualification highly desirable.
