About the role
As our Community Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of Rokk, bringing our mission to life through vibrant online and offline experiences . You'll build and nurture a thriving community, own our social media presence, and create engaging content that connects deeply with our audience.
From planning events and organizing inspiring speakers to cultivating meaningful conversations, you'll play a key role in bringing people together and enhancing their engagement with our mission. This is a unique opportunity to create connections that inspire, support, and grow a passionate community.
What you'll be doing:
- Establish, grow and nurture our online and in-person communities
- Create, schedule, and post engaging, mission-aligned content across platforms
- Organise a mix of online and in-person events, such as meetups, tailored to our community
- Coordinate with inspiring speakers and thought leaders to create compelling event experiences
- Actively engage and interact with community members through comments, messages, and forums
- Use metrics and feedback to measure the effectiveness of our initiatives and continuous improvement
Given the nature of our product & the company stage, this is a hybrid role with the team working from our central Soho office three days a week. Lunch is on us!
