This elite independent school in Brent is seeking a high-calibre Receptionist to manage their "Innovation Hub" front desk. This is a permanent position in a high-spec environment that values discretion, efficiency, and a polished professional manner. You will work within a prestigious school setting that prides itself on maintaining the highest levels of customer service for its international student and parent body.
Role Details
Bespoke Service: Providing a concierge-style welcome to parents and international visitors within a prestigious school setting.
Event Coordination: Assisting the Headteacher’s PA with the logistics for Open Days, parent-teacher conferences, and alumni networking events.
Discretion: Managing sensitive student records and personal data with the highest level of confidentiality and GDPR compliance.
Salary Note: As an independent school, the final salary offer within the £26k–£30k bracket is at the discretion of the Principal based on interview performance.
