We're looking for an Engineering Projects Lead who can deliver high-quality Fleet Engineering projects that support GTR's wider business goals.
You'll take ownership of key engineering initiatives, drive continuous improvement across our PMO processes, and ensure our engineering governance remains strong, effective, and aligned to business priorities.
What You'll Do

Develop and continuously improve governance processes within Engineering and E&AM — including:
GTR's Safety Risk Database (SRD) process
Mitigation and action tracking
Workload management and prioritisation
PMO processes that connect with wider GTR change and governance frameworks
Act as the key contact for all technical and safety aspects of materials and obsolescence management
Work with Supply Chain, Materials Managers, and Fleet Engineers to find practical solutions to obsolescence issues
Ensure investigations into technical matters meet required standards, providing clear and accurate data for safety and reliability analysis
Deliver compliant change in line with relevant legislation, standards, and company procedures
Identify and propose process or component improvements, preparing robust business cases for financial approval and timely implementation
Support fleet incident management, including participation in on-call duties when required
