Our Solicitor Apprenticeship programme offers a unique opportunity for you to embark on a legal career at a leading global law firm.
WHAT TO EXPECT
During the six-year programme, based in our London office, you’ll spend time working on real work for real clients. You’ll rotate through our Practice Groups, gaining invaluable experiences and a well-rounded understanding of the legal landscape, preparing you for a successful career at the firm.
WHAT YOU’LL ACHIEVE
Our apprentices will work towards a law degree and the Solicitor’s Qualifying Examination (SQE). You’ll be supported every step of the way with a dedicated supervisor in each seat rotation, guiding through the programme and supporting your personal and professional development.
You’ll also be paired with a trainee buddy, have access to our dedicated Early Careers HR team and expert teaching from BPP University.
Once you’ve completed the apprenticeship, you’ll be able to apply for Newly Qualified Associate positions with us.
ELIGIBILITY
- Minimum AAB at A Level or equivalent UCAS points
- 7 GCSEs at grade 6 or above, including Maths and English
- Mitigating circumstances and contextual data which may have impacted your grades will also be considered
SALARY
- £28,000 starting salary (to increase as you progress)
- A one off £3,000 sign-on bonus
