Job Description
We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Marketing to lead the development and execution of a world-class marketing centre of excellence (MCoE). This role will be instrumental in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth across our diverse business units. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of marketing operations, a passion for leveraging technology and focus on business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and Lead the Marketing Centre of Excellence: Establish a high-performing marketing team, defining roles, responsibilities, and processes. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision making.
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Align marketing strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring alignment across Aqovia, NeuerEnergy, and the startup / scaleup portfolio. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Agile Marketing Implementation: Embrace agile principles to create a flexible and responsive marketing organisation. Implement agile frameworks and methodologies to optimise campaign execution and measurement.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all touchpoints. Ensure brand messaging is aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to measure marketing performance, optimise campaigns, and identify new opportunities.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and maximise marketing impact.
- Talent Development: Recruit, develop, and retain top marketing talent. Create a high-performance culture that fosters growth and development.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in leading marketing teams and building successful marketing organisations.
- Deep understanding of marketing lifecycle processes and tools, especially successful implementation strategies focused on value and business outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to leverage data to drive decision making.
- Experience in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in the technology industry, particularly in software, AI/ML, or sustainability, is preferred.
