Senior Fire Alarm Engineer

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to take technical ownership of installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities across residential high-rise and occupied housing projects throughout London and the South East.

You’ll act as a senior member of the engineering team — supporting others on-site, ensuring quality standards, and delivering work in compliance with the latest fire safety regulations.

* Location: Covering London & South East | Office based in West London

* Job Type: Full-time, permanent

* Salary: Up to 50k + overtime, on-call & performance bonus

* Package: Company van, fuel card, tools, uniform & ongoing training

Requirements

* Minimum 5 years’ experience in fire alarm installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

* Sound understanding of FIA and BAFE standards.

* Strong technical ability with major systems (e.g. Kentec, Advanced, Gent, C-TEC, Hochiki).

* Proven ability to lead or mentor junior engineers on site.

* ECS/CSCS (Skilled Worker or above).

* SSSTS (advantageous).

* Asbestos Awareness, Working at Height, and Manual Handling training.

* FIA Level 3 or above and manufacturer training (preferred).

* Full UK Driving Licence and Right to Work in the UK.
