The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented People & Talent Administrator to join our dynamic People & Culture team. This is a pivotal role in ensuring our employee onboarding and HR processes run smoothly, while creating a seamless experience for new team members from day one.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, from contracts to welcome packs.
- Manage referencing, vetting, and compliance checks.
- Maintain and update employee records in our HR and applicant tracking systems (TeamTailor).
- Liaise with hiring managers and ensure all setup requirements for new starters are met.
- Provide administrative support across the People & Culture team—organising meetings, preparing documents, and more.
- Assist in scheduling interviews, sending offers, and ensuring great communication with candidates.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.
- Strong attention to detail and confident using Excel and HR systems.
- A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (TeamTailor) and HRIS (desirable).
- Proactive, organised, and driven by continuous improvement.
