Note from Homeowner Hello! I'm Jennifer, a flatowner in London, and I'm in search of a dedicated and trustworthy housekeeper to help maintain my residence. I work shifts so cannot commit to a particular day or time so would require someone flexible. To compensate I offer a competitive rate of £16.50/hour for two hours every two weeks but this is open to negotiation. This rate will increase every year in line with inflation when the tax year roles over. We have a bathroom with separate toilet, a living room and kitchen diner as well as two small bedrooms. All are tidy and currently in a good state of cleanliness that I am just looking to have regularly maintained as we struggle to fit the cleaning around our hospital rotas and other responsibilities. We have no pets and work hard to make sure that the flat is tidy so that it is easy to clean. If you are interested in being a big help to two stressed NHS workers please get in touch.
