Our small and fresh team was born in the world of advertising and film; bringing an exciting blend of creativity and ad strategy. We offer a range of bespoke top-of-funnel brand services for our clients, including performance and creative, high-production video, and design.
In 2024, we grew exponentially as an agency and we’re now seeking an Account Manager to help us grow! As your bolt-on creative division, we strategise, ideate, create, and optimise exceptional creative content, including UGC, high-production, design, and motion graphic ads. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop performance creative solution, acting as an in-house creative team for our clients.
About the role:
We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team of high-performance marketers. We hope for someone to come in and inject their experience to help grow our rapidly expanding agency. You will be the main point of contact for your clients so it is important that you enjoy building relationships.You will be managing communication with all campaign and content stakeholders, including UGC Creators, in order to ensure that campaign goals are met (and ideally exceeded!).
Requirements
- You have 2 years of experience in Account management, Project management or a similar role.
- Hold previous experience within e-commerce, performance creative or digital marketing.
- You are familiar with a service led business and the KPIs that follow this.
- You can confidently lead client calls and communicate with a strong initiative to move projects forward.
- You are comfortable managing client expectations, so that you agree on targets and forecasts and how to achieve them.
- You have a deep passion for and understanding of social media, algorithms, emerging and existing trends and what brings success for brands on Meta and Tiktok.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Understand client goals, business models, and KPIs to inform strategic planning.
- Set expectations and ensure timely, high-quality communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams (media buyers, creatives, analysts) to execute campaigns.
- Monitor performance across paid channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.).
- Ensure campaigns are launched on time and aligned with client objectives.
- Deliver clear, data-driven weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews or strategy meetings with clients.
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and priorities across multiple client accounts.
- Coordinate asset delivery (ad creatives, landing pages, copy).
- Troubleshoot issues and escalate problems to senior leadership when needed.
- Proactively alert clients and internal teams about under- or over-performance.
- Work closely with performance marketers, creative teams, and data analysts.
- Translate client feedback into actionable steps for the team.
- Review creatives prior to client delivery ensuring they meet brand and performance guidelines.
