Director Enterprise Solutions, EMEA-LATAM
Job Description
Own Every Moment at NetApp At NetApp, your ideas power innovation.
\nThe experience expected from applicants, as well as additional skills and qualifications needed for this job are listed below.
\nWe lead in intelligent data infrastructure—delivering unified storage, integrated data services, and solutions that help organizations unlock the full potential of their data, from AI to multicloud.
\nReady to innovate and contribute to our path to $10B? Here, you'll collaborate with passionate teams, tackle real-world challenges, and see your impact in how customers transform and grow.
\nIf you're ready to bring curiosity, creativity, and drive to every moment, NetApp is where your journey begins.
\nJoin teams that innovate to elevate, drive results, and excel together across every function.
\nJob Summary Most of what our customers cannot afford to lose already runs on NetApp: their ERP and database estates, their virtualised platforms, and the backups they will depend on the day something goes wrong.
\nThat is a strong place to start a conversation, and right now three things are forcing those conversations to happen at once.
\nCyber resilience has become a board and legal matter rather than an IT one, with NIS2 and DORA in enforcement across Europe and ransomware aimed squarely at the recovery path.
\nVirtualisation economics have been turned over, so estates that were settled for a decade are being re-evaluated, alongside consolidation, data centre exits and workloads moving back from public cloud.
\nAnd the applications that run the business, SAP and Oracle in particular, are being modernised and moved hybrid, which puts their data platform up for decision.
\nWe are building the engine to go after all three properly, and both halves of it are already here: Solution Architects who design for cyber resilience, migration and modernisation, and mission-critical applications, and business development people who build the propositions and target lists that open those conversations.
\nWhat we want now is to run them as one team, with one plan, going after this opportunity proactively rather than one deal at a time.
\nThat is this role.
\nYou lead the Solution Architects and the business development and GTM profiles for cyber resilience, migration and modernisation, and enterprise applications across EMEA/LATAM, and you are accountable for a commercial result: incremental pipeline, a better win rate, and bookings growth year over year.
\nJob Requirements 12 years in enterprise technology including strategic and people leadership, with 5 years managing people.
\nExperience leading both technical (pre-sales, solution architecture) and commercial (business development, GTM) profiles, or a credible case for why you can.
\nA record of creating pipeline rather than inheriting it, with the numbers and the plays behind it.
\nReal depth in at least two of the three domains, and enough in the third to set a bar rather than repeat one: ransomware and recovery architecture, immutability and air-gapped recovery, NIS2 and DORA and what they require in practice, virtualisation and container platforms, migration and repatriation at estate scale, and the storage requirements of SAP, Oracle and other mission-critical applications.
\nCommercial and dimensioning judgement: able to test whether a solution is right-sized and defend a design choice, including a smaller one, under pressure.
\nAble to influence without authority across sales, technical, marketing and partner organisations in a matrixed, multi-country environment.
\nExecutive presence with CIOs and CISOs, including when the outcome is uncertain.
\nFluent English and willing to travel across EMEA/LATAM Education Preferred qualifications Experience selling or architecting into regulated industries, and familiarity with how European financial services, healthcare and public sector buy resilience.
\nExperience building a GTM motion from scratch, and the team that runs it.
\nRelationships with the integrator, hypervisor, application and security ecosystems that influence these decisions.
\nExperience with hyperscalers and partner-led sales models.
\nA storage or data infrastructure background helps but is not required.
\nAnother European language.
\nYou don't need to tick every box.
\nIf most of this sounds like you, we would like to talk At NetApp, we embrace a hybrid working environment designed to strengthen connection, collaboration, and culture for all employees.
\nThis means that most roles will have some level of in-office and/or in-person expectations, which will be shared during the recruitment process.

\nThe early planning, the extra thought, the bold idea that turns good into great: That's how our people operate and how we continue to push the boundaries of data infrastructure.
\nNetApp is the trusted partner for organizations transforming data into opportunity.
\nAs the only enterprise-grade storage service natively embedded in Google Cloud, AWS, and Microsoft Azure, we empower customers to run everything from traditional workloads to enterprise AI with unmatched performance, resilience, and security.
\nOur culture We celebrate mold breakers, bold thinkers, and problem solvers.
\nWe reward initiative, impact, and ownership.

\nHere, differences are not just welcomed—they drive everything we do.
