Now, we’re looking for a Kitchen Administrator to join our dynamic kitchen team — someone who is resilient, brings organisation, precision, and a calm, professional energy to everything they do. This role sits at the heart of our kitchen operations, working with our Kitchen Manager and Senior Chefs to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes and to the highest standard.

What you’ll do

• Support the day-to-day administration of our events kitchen, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across the team
• Manage orders and deliveries via the FoodBuy system, keeping everything on track for upcoming events
• Maintain accurate kitchen records, including assisting with agency bookings, timesheets, and record keeping (training provided)
• Uphold Rocket’s HACCP and food safety standards, always ensuring compliance
• Promote a safe and efficient kitchen environment, reporting any hazards
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of allergens and food safety requirements
