Who We Are
Architecture Social is a recruitment partner and professional community for architects, developers and the planning specialists who bring places to life. Our clients, including boutique consultancies, multi-disciplinary studios and major developers, rely on Town Planners to drive applications, steer public consultations and reconcile creativity with compliance. Sound grasp of UK planning policy, NPPF, local plans, S106, CIL, EIA, design codes and heritage or green-belt constraints
Experience preparing supporting documents such as Planning Statements, DAS, community involvement summaries and committee presentations
Confident consultation skills, attending public exhibitions, stakeholder workshops and negotiating with local authorities
Familiarity with urban design principles, viability, masterplanning and cross-disciplinary working with architects, engineers, landscape and transport teams
Organised, solutions-driven mindset with the ability to juggle multiple cases and deadlines while safeguarding client and community priorities
