Job Description
Upstream Modules (Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management)
- Sourcing : Manages sourcing events, RFPs, and auctions for direct & indirect materials.
- Contract Management: Automates contract creation, approval, and tracking, reducing admin costs.
- Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP): Manages supplier onboarding, qualification, risk, and evaluation.
- Spend Analysis: Organizes spend data to identify savings opportunities.
Downstream Modules (Operational Procurement)
- Buying & Invoicing (B&I): Automates procure-to-pay (P2P) from requisition to payment.
- Guided Buying: Provides a user-friendly experience for employees to make purchases.
- Invoice Management: Simplifies invoice submission, validation, and processing.
Network & Collaboration
- Ariba Network: The core marketplace connecting buyers and suppliers.
- Supply Chain Collaboration: For direct materials, connecting with suppliers for inventory & forecasts.
Integration & Other
- Commerce Automation: Extends automation across processes.
- Integration: Connects with SAP S/4HANA and other ERPs.
