Pay: £80 - £100 per day

A vibrant and inclusive mainstream primary school located in the heart of Chiswick, London is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join the team.

Position Overview: As a Full-Time Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting teachers and students to ensure a positive and engaging classroom experience. Your responsibilities will include assisting with lesson planning, working with other Teaching Assistants, providing one-on-one or small group support to students, and helping to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere within the school.

Key Responsibilities of the Teaching Assistant:

• Collaborate with classroom teachers and teaching assistants to plan and deliver effective lessons.
• Provide support to individual students or small groups to meet their specific learning needs.
• Assist with classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
• Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Contribute to the development of resources and materials for teaching and learning.

Qualifications needed of the Teaching Assistant:

• Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics.
• Relevant experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
