Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Package: £27-30K Basic + Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£55K OTE Year 2) (£70K OTE Year 3)

Since their inception in 2017 they have grown rapidly into one of the major players in the space working with most of the world's leading banks. Due to the market, this role will be incredibly lucrative for an ambitious and hard-working graduate looking to progress quickly. The Role:

• Market mapping.
• Telephoning/meeting candidates and clients, looking to develop professional relationships.
• Sourcing talent and managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Headhunting, chasing referrals, writing job adverts, utilising internal database and networking.
• Working on behalf of candidates and clients.

The Requirements:

• Minimum 2:1 degree from a red brick university
• Ambition and a willingness to learn.
• Extra-curricular achievements or commercial experience shown through internships, part-time jobs or sporting achievements.
• Inherent competitive nature.
• Exceptional communication skills.
