Pay: £15.32 per hour
Join Our Team as a Receptionist
We are seeking a professional and proactive Front of House (FOH) Receptionist to take responsibility for the smooth day-to-day running of the reception area. This role requires a strong, visible presence and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, while ensuring all reception needs are met to the highest standard. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and IT skills, manage access control, and uphold corporate professionalism and integrity. With a focus on providing a consistent, high-quality service, you will also ensure prompt and effective responses to all Front of House related matters.
About the Role:
As a Receptionist y ou will be responsible for:
- Ensure all duties are carried out in line with company policies, procedures, and legal obligations (e.g. Data Protection, Health & Safety).
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to all staff and visitors.
- Manage access control efficiently, including issuing passes promptly.
- Provide a professional welcome and conduct meet-and-greet in the reception area.
- Act as the first point of contact for all reception and security-related matters, escalating issues where required.
- Maintain excellent communication and a proactive approach at all times.

What we are looking for:
- Strong FOH corporate reception skills
- Excellent IT Skills
- Knowledge of access control and issuing access cards
- Able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
- Proven reliability including an ability to deliver high stand
