Restaurant Manager

The Work

• Support the Restaurant Leader in daily operations
• Manage shift operations, ensuring Raising Cane's standards are met
• Oversee cash handling and ensure accountability
• Direct Crewmembers and provide exceptional customer service
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and cost management
• Ensure the restaurant's cleanliness and maintenance
• Authorise employee functions and complete other duties as assigned

What You Need

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• GCSEs or equivalent (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Ability to learn and adapt to new systems quickly
• Must be 18 years or older and have the right to work in the UK

Desirable

• Previous experience with Raising Cane's
• Fluency in a second language
