Legal Counsel - International Bank (3-5 PQE)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Advising on a range of banking and finance transactions, identifying legal and regulatory risks and delivering practical solutions.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating finance documentation, including facility agreements, term sheets and related transactional documents.
- Supporting transaction execution from inception through to completion.
- Working closely with front office and business stakeholders across Corporate Banking and Financial Institutions teams.
- Providing legal input on new products and business initiatives.
- Advising on commercial contracts and general legal matters across the organisation.
- Monitoring legal and regulatory developments and helping to deliver training and guidance to stakeholders.
- Contributing to legal risk management, governance and policy-related projects.
