We're looking for a junior sous chef to join our team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you'll be providing food for our restaurant, bars and food kiosks at 22B.

The ideal candidate will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. That said if you've worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we've got something for you too. Our food offer is fresh, healthy and vibrant with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC's signature creativity, whether fresh, classic or Asian style street food in our kiosks.

You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.

We operate Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend events.
