Having worked in prestigious retail environments and fast-paced commercial locations, they are skilled at protecting high-value assets, managing access control, monitoring CCTV systems, and responding effectively to incidents while maintaining a welcoming and discreet presence. Their experience liaising with corporate employees, executives, clients, and members of the public ensures they can uphold the highest standards of service and security, making them an ideal candidate for luxury retail and premium business environments where appearance, communication, and attention to detail are essential.

About the Role:

As one of the first people visitors, staff and contractors will meet, you'll play a key role in creating a professional, welcoming and safe environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience to all visitors and occupants.
  • Meeting and greeting guests, staff and contractors.
  • Providing information, support and assistance across the campus.
  • Managing access control and issuing visitor and contractor passes.
  • Conducting internal and external patrols.
  • Responding professionally to incidents, alarms and emergencies.
  • Supporting evacuation and health & safety procedures when required.
  • Maintaining accurate reports and security records.
  • Acting as a visible and reassuring presence across the site.

Essential Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Security Guarding Licence.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service experience.
  • Flexible, professional and dependable approach.
  • Desirable Experience
  • First Aid qualification.
  • Hospitality or luxury customer service experience.
  • Key holding experience.
  • Experience working in large public-facing environments.
