Job Overview:
Reporting to the Senior Cross Border Program Manager, you'll own and architect the complete data strategy for our multi billion dollar cross border business. You'll establish and own all data mechanisms, reporting frameworks, and analytics infrastructure that will shape our cross border strategy. As the dedicated data owner for the cross border business, you'll be responsible for building a unified view of seller performance and behavior across the UK/EU border, working with teams across CN, US, EU, UK, and EU expansion regions to drive data informed decisions.
This highly visible role requires exceptional analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into scalable, seller focused solutions. You will build and own critical reporting mechanisms from the ground up, establishing the foundational analytics infrastructure for our cross border business. This includes creating standardized reporting, developing new metrics, and building automated solutions for tracking business performance. This program has high EU 3P leadership visibility providing you with the opportunity to directly impact and shape the future of cross border selling at Amazon through data driven insights.

Key job responsibilities
* Design, implement, and support key datasets that provide structured and timely access to actionable business information addressing stakeholder needs including XBR's
* Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our business needs.
* Develop complex queries for ad-hoc requests and projects, as well as ongoing reporting.
* Deep dive into large data sets to answer key business questions using SQL, Excel
* Create business cases using advanced analytics to influence product development and program strategy
* Develop and maintain ETL processes to support data driven decision making
* Build and maintain strong relationships with analytical teams across CN, US, EU, UK, and EU expansion regions
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Experience with SQL
- Experience in Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience in financial/business analysis
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree in related field
- Knowledge of e-commerce or marketplace businesses
- Experience working with international teams
- Experience with data modeling and statistical analysis
