The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is h oused in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.
We are seeking an Assistant Front Office Manager to support the seamless operation of our Front Office team, ensuring every guest is welcomed with warmth and care. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, values exceptional service, and takes pride in creating memorable experiences for our guests. You will work closely with the associates providing coaching and development, ensuring smooth communication between departments, and helping to maintain the highest standards of guest satisfaction. T his role is due to start in June 2025 .
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the running of the entire Front Office department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining smooth operations during the day and night shifts.
- Lead, train, and support a dedicated team of associates, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Develop a deep understanding of the entire guest journey, ensuring smooth collaboration across departments providing guests with a seamless experience at every touchpoint.
- Effectively manage guest requests, ensuring timely, accurate follow-ups and resolutions to maintain a positive guest experience.
- Take ownership of staffing levels, ensuring schedules are optimised to match hotel occupancy, and assist with training to ensure consistent service excellence.
