Senior Producer

Our client is a global production agency, working across brand, entertainment, art, fashion and private clients to deliver outstanding experiences to meet every need. They are passionate about delivering bespoke creativity and unparalleled attention to detail, partnering closely with our clients to elevate every project.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Producer to work closely with Projects Directors, Producers, Creative Team and wider team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience working in events across private clients and luxury brands. We are looking for an individual who combines creative innovation with technical proficiency.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management, including client liaison, budget management, and supplier management
• Cultivating excellent relationships with clients
• Guest management including handling communication, guest movements, travel & special requests
• Working closely with the Creative Team to reach a client’s vision within their budget requirements
• Managing two junior members of the team, mentoring them to help develop their skillset
• Creating, developing, and effectively communicating schedules and deliverables for each event
• Delivering an event that exceeds the client’s vision while achieving the target bottom line
• From pre-production through to the event wrap up providing a post-event report for each project
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers

Experience

• Minimum 8 years of experience working in event production managing budgets in excess of £2M
• Previous experience working in the luxury sector across a range of event types
• Experience working overseas, particularly in the US and managing multiple currencies
• Confident in pitching, writing and presenting ideas clearly, both internally and externally
• Strong understanding of technical requirements for large-scale projects and ability to confidently brief suppliers and discuss visions with clients
• A keen interest in and understanding of the luxury market
• Knowledge of what is required for a high-end event for corporate, fashion and private clients
• A ‘black book’ of industry contacts in London and globally
• Discreet, professional, and articulate, with excellent communication skills, excellent project management and organisational skills and ability to work well within a team
• Experience managing and mentoring junior members of the team
• Meticulous attention to detail, meeting the standards of the most particular clients
• Able to be flexible and adaptable with their working approach to work to tight deadlines and changing requirements
• Strong MS Skills, especially Excel
• Experience using Figma is desirable but not essential
