A space that feels luxurious yet inviting, is London’s definitive spot for those who appreciate the finer things. , we are looking for an Assistant Bar Manager to help lead our team in delivering a world-class bar experience. Working closely with the Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations, inspire and develop your team, and ensure service excellence that reflects the flair, creativity, and energy of Eagle Bar. With a passion for mixology, innovation, and relationship hospitality, you will create an environment where guests feel both at home and inspired.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Bar Manager in all aspects of operations, ensuring smooth service delivery.

• Leading, motivating, and developing the bar team to achieve exceptional performance.

• Upholding Forbes, LQA, and Rosewood standards at all times.

• Driving beverage innovation, curating memorable guest experiences, and maintaining exceptional product knowledge.

• Managing stock, controls, and compliance to ensure operational efficiency.

• Taking ownership of guest interactions, handling feedback with professionalism and care.

• Acting as an ambassador for Eagle Bar, representing its unique identity both inside and outside the hotel.

About You

• Previous supervisory or managerial bar experience, ideally in a luxury or high-profile setting.

• Strong leadership and people-development skills.

• Excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage trends.

• Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Passionate about hospitality, with a natural ability to connect with guests and colleagues.
