We’re supporting a respected and expanding insurance brokerage who are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handlerto join their team in Bickley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional to take on a senior role within a growing business, providing high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Commercial Account Handler, you will play a key role in supporting Account Executives and the Broking Director, managing a range of commercial policies and delivering first-class client service. This position offers variety, responsibility, and the flexibility of hybrid working.
Key responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial policies, ranging from small liability risks to larger, more complex accounts.
Provide dedicated, high-quality service to clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.
Work closely with Account Executives and the Broking Director to support new business and renewals.
Handle all associated administration, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and third parties.
Uphold compliance and quality standards across all client interactions.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience within commercial insurance
Strong client-facing skills with confidence in meetings and calls.
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with both clients and insurers.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
