IT Support
- Own incidents and service requests through to successful resolution
- Provide advanced remote and onsite support for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
- Diagnose and resolve issues across endpoint management platforms such as Intune and SCCM
- Support video conferencing and collaboration technologies
- Perform structured troubleshooting using logs, event viewers, and device management tools
- Manage escalations while maintaining ownership through to completion
- Create and maintain knowledge articles and operational documentation
- Contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including user access and device provisioning
- Communicate technical updates clearly to end users and stakeholders
