Operations Manager (all genders)
Deine Aufgaben
- Project-manage the UK licensing applications end to end â including controlled-drugs licensing and the wholesale dealer's authorisation â with external advisers and authorities.
- Stand up a compliant distribution and supply-chain setup, from group suppliers through to UK pharmacies.
- Select, coordinate and manage external consultants and third-party partners â regulatory and legal advisers, logistics and 3PL, storage, quality and finance providers.
- Write the SOPs, quality and compliance processes the UK entity runs on.
- Set up the practicalities â the co-working space, tools, systems and day-to-day operations.
- Own operational budgets, timelines and risk tracking, and keep the launch plan honest.
Dein Profil
- Operations experience in pharma, healthcare, regulated logistics or a comparable controlled environment.
- Working knowledge of Good Distribution Practice, controlled-drugs handling and MHRA / Home Office requirements is a strong advantage â or the proven ability to get up to speed fast.
- A process-builder who is genuinely hands-on â happy to write the SOP and also book the courier.
- Strong project management: you keep multiple workstreams, advisers and deadlines moving at once.
