Job description

That’s why we are seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to strengthen our compensation and benefits strategy! As our Compensation & Benefits Manager, you’ll be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining competitive compensation and benefits programs across all our locations that reflect Akeneo’s commitment to equity and inclusion while aligning with the company’s strategic goals. Your work will directly impact the lives of our global workforce, ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

Shaping a Winning Compensation Strategy:

  • Design and manage competitive salary structures, commission plans, and management-by-objectives frameworks for the different regions and departments.

  • Keep the company aligned with market trends with data-driven insights using tools like AON-Radford.

Building Global Benefits Programs:

  • Craft and implement benefits packages that meet the unique needs of our employees worldwide.

  • Ensure equity and compliance while creating offerings that foster well-being and belonging.

Championing Pay Equity:

  • Analyse compensation data to identify and address potential gaps across countries, roles, and demographics.

  • Lead initiatives that promote fair compensation practices.

Driving Insights and Collaboration:

  • Leverage analytics to assess the effectiveness of our programs and report key metrics to leadership.

  • Work closely with People Partners, Finance, Legal and Leadership to align strategies with Akeneo’s goals.

What we look for

  • You have +4 years in a compensation and benefits function in a global context.

  • You have strong analytical skills and experience in compensation benchmarking and data modeling using AON-Radford or similar solutions.

  • You have solid knowledge of global benefits trends and legal compliance requirements in multiple countries, including France.

  • You thrive in a team environment, working collaboratively to solve challenges and drive results.

  1. 30-minute screening call with a member of our Talent Acquisition team

  2. 45-minute interview with the hiring manager

  3. 45-minute interview with the VP of Finance and the Director, People Partners

  4. 45-minute interview with the Chief People Officer
