Learning Support Assistant –Graduate - Job Description
• Support progress for learners with multiple needs
• Placement for the entire academic year – must be able to commit
• Ideal role for Psychology graduates in their final year of study
• Interviewing now for September starts
• Earn £550 to £575 per week plus additional benefits
• Work in all ranges 11-18 – main focus on 11-13 years
• Support ASD, SEMH, S&L, EAL and more
• Work within an extensive SEN team

Learning Support assistant – Person Specification
• Ideal opportunity for a final year student of psychology
• No experience required – training offered on the job
• Ideally looking for graduates who are interested in supporting SEN in a Secondary School setting
• Must be a heading for a 1st or 2.1 degree
• Psychology or related subjects preferred
• Preferably from a Russell group/ Top 30 University
• Matching A levels and GCSEs are a must
• Must be able to commit for the entire academic year Monday to Friday – September to July
