Transaction Tax Director
This specialist tax advisory business which has witnessed impressive and sustained growth over the last 5 years, is now looking for an experienced transactions tax professional to join at director level.
You will be part of a highly experienced team and focus on providing support to SMEs and private equity backed structures on a range of transactions including sales and acquisitions, reconstructions, MBOs and private equity investments.
