Senior Marketing Manager, Events, Europe

We are looking for professional marketing leader able to drive the Europe and UK NRFB Events runway across CIB segments (Institutional, Global Corporates, IMM, IvB) and products line (GPS, GTS, DCM, MSS). This represents approximatively around 200+ events per year including conferences, proprietary events, 3rd party conferences, GIA conferences so as roadshows.
As a key member of the Europe Marketing team, you will be responsible for executing the Events runway. You will collaborate closely with the Planning & Effectiveness head of Europe to align on team allocation, budget management and KPIs measurement. You will also closely partner with the Marketing & Digital Services Head of Europe to elaborate and leverage content and amplification of events.
This role is crucial in supporting CIB’s growth agenda in Europe region for visibility and clients engagement.
Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Execution
- Lead and Execute Europe Events runway
- Collaborate with Countries CEO, Products Heads and all teams across Europe and UK NRFB to adapt the runway to clients growth and CIB strategy
- Lead and drive the Event strategy by proposing new concept, propose topics and speakers, content agenda (video, interviews) so as perfect delivery
- Leverage the event agenda to amplify and drive content around it and around stakeholders
Events, conferences and roadshows
- Develop a clear runway aligned to CIB strategy and stakeholders business priority
- Lead the event team to align runway needs
- Lead and run events with high standards in content, speakers, and execution
- Continuously try to propose new concept, ideas and innovative ways of working
- Collaborate closely with Europe planning and Content to leverage clients and outcomes of events.
- Closely work with other regions to stay consistent in Clients events
Required Skills and Experience
- High level of experience in B2B financial services marketing
- Experience in Events
- Strong understanding of CIB Business
- Understanding in Europe Business
- Proven success in executing high standard conferences and content
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience in matrixed, global organizations.
- Ability to influence stakeholders across business and marketing functions.
- Strong ability to navigate multi cultural stakeholders and teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and storytelling skills.
