🔮 The Talent Acquisition Associate Mission:
As we continue our exciting global expansion plans, we’re looking for a passionate, people-driven Talent Associate to play a key role in recruiting a world-class team that truly embodies our core values. If you’re adaptable, proactive, and energised by the idea of building something meaningful with a small but ambitious team, this is your chance to make a real impact.
⭐ How you'll drive success:
- Proactively pushing boundaries and being disruptive in the recruitment space, particularly for services recruitment. You’ll experiment with different avenues and creative outreach to connect with exceptional candidates who align with our mission & values
- Take ownership of the candidate journey, reviewing applications from our job boards and website, as well as sourcing candidates proactively across LinkedIn, social and other outreach methods
- Carry out values-led interviews that go deeper than skills, focusing on alignment, passion and potential
- Be a key voice for our employer brand, helping to shape how we show up across our social media channels and careers page
- Keep job adverts up-to-date, compelling, and reflective of who we are and where we’re headed
- Support hiring across the UK and internationally, adapting with ease as our team and reach expand
- Nurture future talent by maintaining engaged, up-to-date candidate talent pools, always ready to connect the right person with the right opportunity
🎉 What you'll need to thrive:
- This is an entry level role, so no previous recruitment experience is needed, but ultimately you will have a huge passion for people
- Adaptability - we’re a fast-growing scale up business and we need someone who’s energised by fast paced environments and sees change as an opportunity, not a challenge
- Our values must resonate with you deeply, having one of the most important roles in the business and being the face of our employer brand
- You naturally put people at ease and have a positive & infectious energy inspiring those around you
- You are always looking for a better way to do things and are naturally curious in everything you do and every conversation you have
- Strong collaboration & organisation skills and able to work well with different teams across the business
✨ The Interview Process and Candidate Experience
- Life Story & Values - a 30 min video call with our Talent Team for us to get know each other better, asking questions inspired by our three core values
- Experience Interview - a slightly longer video call for you to meet our Global Head of Talent Acquisition and discuss your skill-set and experience for the role
- Final Interview - 1 hour in person task interview to complete and present
💟 Feedback: We’re committed to creating the best candidate experience we can for you. You’ll receive feedback over the phone or email at every stage in the process once you’ve had an interview so that we can set you up for success and help fuel your growth.
