Temporary Office Manager, Technology Investment firm
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the office environment
- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
- Manage office suppliers, facilities, and vendor relationships
- Coordinate company events, team socials, and internal initiatives
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and office processes
- Assist with projects and administrative support for the leadership team
- Maintain a positive, collaborative, and high-performing office culture
- Previous Office Management experience within a professional services environment
- Ideally from a Private Equity, Asset Management, Investment Management, Hedge Fund, or Financial Services background
- A confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
- Naturally proactive with a "roll your sleeves up" attitude
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Personable, approachable, and able to build relationships at all levels
- Eager to learn, develop, and take on new challenges
- Thrives in a growing, entrepreneurial environment where no two days are the same
