Duties and responsibilities related to the In-Room Dining Waiter/ess ​ role

• Take and process room service orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences and special requests are noted and fulfilled.
• Deliver food and beverages to guest rooms promptly and professionally, maintaining a high level of presentation and etiquette.

• Work closely with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

• Adhere to departmental standard operating procedures to uphold service levels.

• Ensure compliance with food safety and health and safety regulations.

About you

Previous experience in a luxury environment within the hospitality industry. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing outstanding levels of service.
