About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 10 to 12 years of experience in Business Analysis and Planning. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in regulatory compliance and will work in a hybrid model with day shifts. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

* Lead the analysis and planning of business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

* Oversee the development and implementation of business strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

* Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance to ensure adherence

* to industry standards.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements.

* Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to identify areas for improvement.

* Develop detailed project plans to guide the implementation of business

* solutions.

* Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather stakeholder input and

* feedback.

* Create comprehensive business analysis reports to support decision-making processes.

* Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure

* successful outcomes.

* Ensure that all business analysis activities are conducted in accordance with best practices.

* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and

* ensure satisfaction.

* Utilize advanced analytical tools and techniques to support business

* planning efforts.

* Provide training and support to junior business analysts to foster their

* professional development.

Qualifications

* Possess a strong background in business analysis and planning with at

* least 10 years of experience.

* Demonstrate expertise in regulatory compliance within the relevant

* industry.

* Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.

* Show proficiency in using analytical tools and techniques.

* Have experience in leading cross-functional teams.

* Display strong project management skills.
