We are looking for an engaging and responsible Senior Sales Assistant to lead the diverse team at our London; Spitalfields store.
Our Senior Sales Assistants do everything our Sales Assistants & Keyholders do, you'll continue in delivering a seamless and consistent customer experience, now fully acting as a role model and coach to the team. As a trusted member of the management team you can expect to play a more prominent & pivotal role in the team ensuring both the teams and business needs are always being met. We consider this role the first pivotal step in developing your people management and operational skills within retail.
This will be for 39 hours per week. Shifts will be varied across 7 days and we'll also need you to be able to help out covering the management teams holidays at times.

Senior Sales Assistant – London; Spitalfields
- Take responsibility of opening & closing the store when necessary, following all relevant procedures.
- Hit and exceed individual sales targets whilst contributing to the wider performance of the store: Sales, Conversion, UPT, ATV.
- Lead on delivery procedures when necessary, processing all stock in line with company expectations.
- Assistant the store management team with day to day retail operations and health & safety procedures e.g. delivery, clock in/out, stock takes, replenishment, floor management and maintain a safe and tidy work environment.
- Drive high standards of customer service within the store, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional, unforgettable experience
- Handle till transactions in line with operating procedures and assist with more complex enquiries from customers.
