What's the role?

This role is ideal for someone just above entry level who has a grasp of marketing basics and is eager to develop their career in a fast-paced environment. Working directly alongside our Senior Marketing Manager, you will provide vital day-to-day support to keep our campaigns, social media, and admin moving smoothly. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn the ropes of multi-channel marketing gain hands-on experience, and build your confidence in a supportive team.

Key responsibilities:

· Calendar and Roadmap support – support the Senior Marketing Manager in creating and maintaining seasonal marketing roadmap documentation, ensuring activity remains aligned with the business critical path, product drops and campaign content.

· Maintain the Marketing Calendar – keeping top-level messaging and channel activity accurate, current and clearly coordinated.

· Asset & Copywriting Assistance – support paid, email and affiliate channel activity through asset briefing and copywriting, working with the Senior Marketing Manager, agencies and ecommerce team as required.

· Visual Merchandising Guidelines – support the Senior Marketing Manager with store visual merchandising guidelines and their timely communication to relevant teams.

· Social Media – maintain the organic social planning platform and ensure posts are mapped accurately to the top-level marketing calendar. Own day-to-day organic social execution, including asset briefing, copywriting, scheduling, product tagging and basic post coordination.

· Marketing Channel Reporting – gathering accurate inputs, maintaining reporting information and helping to identify useful performance insights.

· Team Collaboration – work closely with brand, creative, ecommerce, and retail teams to help keep project briefs moving forward.

What we’re looking for:

· Around 6-12 months of experience in a basic marketing, internship or social media role (or strong project experience during your studies)

· Great organisational skills – someone who loves a checklist and keeping things orderly.

· Strong communication skills, in particular someone comfortable writing short, engaging captions and basic copy.

· Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok etc) from a business or brand perspective.

· A proactive, helpful attitude, flexibility and a genuine willingness to learn.

Employment Terms: This is a full time position and will be offered as a 12 month fixed term contract.
