Product Application Manager
Job Title - Product Application Manager Location - London Salary - £55,000 plus £6000 car allownace 25 days holiday plus bank holidays | Training | Day Off Fun & Laughter Purpose of the Role Reporting to the Service Manager within the Security Department, the Product Application Manager drives the successful implementation and support of new security systems across Deutsche Bank’s global sites. You’ll work closely with product owners, development teams, vendors, and stakeholders to gather requirements, configure production environments, and deliver exceptional training and support. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to translate technical expertise into real-world results. What You’ll Do * Master and Apply Expertise: Quickly grasp complex security systems and translate requirements into actionable plans, ensuring seamless project delivery. * Collaborate with Impact: Partner with product owners, development/support teams, and vendors to gather requirements, configure systems, and resolve issues efficiently. * Prioritize with Precision: Manage multiple tasks and projects, balancing urgency and stakeholder needs to keep initiatives on track. * Deliver Exceptional Service: Act as a trusted representative, providing world-class customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor in every interaction. * Document with Clarity: Maintain meticulous, up-to-date documentation and update Jira to ensure transparency and compliance. * Empower End-Users: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to educate Deutsche Bank teams on the benefits and functionality of new systems. * Troubleshoot Like a Pro: Leverage technical expertise to support application maintenance, production environment setup, and system optimizations. * Stay Ahead of the Curve: Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, participate in code reviews, and advocate for continuous improvement and service excellence. What You Bring to the Table Essential Qualifications: * 3–5 years of experience in the physical security industry, with a focus on technology deployment and support. * Proven skills in security systems such as ProWatch, Alert Enterprise, Genetec, CCure 9000, or Victor. * Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills to unite teams and delight customers. * A self-driven mindset with a curiosity for how systems work and a passion for learning. * Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and familiar with Jira for project tracking. * Exceptional attention to detail when documenting and executing system changes. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities. Preferred Skills: * Experience with enterprise-level or global customers, ideally in a financial services context. * General project management and team leadership experience to guide initiatives to success. * Familiarity with Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) or similar enterprise platforms
