About the role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a thoughtful and data-focused Commercial Finance Manager to shape the way we report, analyse, and communicate business performance across Civica’s global commercial function. In this role, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and the Chief Revenue Officer to deliver high-quality financial insights, reporting packs, and performance commentary.

- Manage the cadence and calendar of commercial finance deliverables, ensuring timely insights and reporting.
- Develop operational and executive reporting packs, including dashboards and balanced scorecards.
- Run and maintain our Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) analysis and support deeper insight into SaaS performance metrics.
- Build and maintain reporting templates and KPI tracking for divisional finance teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyse performance trends and provide clear, actionable commentary.
- Support the creation of visual dashboards and automated reporting tools using Power BI.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of SaaS performance metrics (e.g. ARR, churn, NRR, bookings vs billings).
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools like Power BI.
- Proven ability to work with senior stakeholders and explain complex financial concepts clearly.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on patterns, performance drivers, and root-cause analysis.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
