2 x Trainee IP Assistants - London
Are you seeking a new challenge? We are currently working with a reputable law firm who are seeking 2 Trainee IP Assistants to join their team in London on a full-time, permanent basis.
The ideal candidates will have at least a year of experience working within a support role in a legal environment. If you have legal secretarial / legal administration experience, then this could be the perfect role for you. Additionally, you will need a professional attitude and a strong educational background, as well as the desire to learn new skills. Excellent deadline management and communication skills are also essential.
Duties:
- Diary management.
- Providing high quality assistance to Attorneys.
- Preparing and filing patent and trade mark applications.
- Managing multiple inboxes.
- Liaising with clients.
- Updating case records within the firm’s IP management system.
- Assisting with invoicing tasks.
